In the capital city of Lima, we purchase from a talented third-generation silversmith who focuses on employing migrant workers who are vulnerable to exploitation. In the rural regions of the country, we partner with Artisan Businesses who provide flexible knitting and embroidery work to women, allowing them to work from home while their children play nearby.
